About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service & Admin Assistant to support our Service Advisors in our busy dealership service centre. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, well-spoken, and confident in handling both customer interactions and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist Service Advisors in managing customer bookings and inquiries
✅ Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person
✅ Handle administrative duties, including data entry and document management
✅ Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth service operations
✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes
