ADMINISTRATOR - HEAD OFFICE BASED

Due to rapid expansion, C.E.M. Alliance is currently recruiting for an Experienced Administrator to join our team in the Bunbury Head Office.
We are seeking an engaging, motivated and highly organised team member to provide administration support to the Construction team. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to drive positive outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied and interesting role in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Purchasing, Purchase Orders, Invoice Processing and dealing with Vendors
- Coordination of Mobilisations and Onboarding to various projects
- Use of Enable (ERMS) to Mobilise personnel, book inductions, and monitor Site Compliance
- Weekly Reporting and adhoc reporting as required
- General Administration duties
- Roster Management
- Collate and submit weekly timesheets and liaise with payroll on any discrepancies
- Document Control and maintenance of Registers
- Assistance with Progress Payment Claims and queries
- Assistance with Training Matrix management and onsite training requirements
- Assistance with HSE Administration
- Assistance with Quality Assurance and MDR’s
To be successful you will have the following;
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience across either, mining, construction, oil & gas or heavy industry in an administrative role
- Experience with Mobilisations, Onboarding & Tracking of Personnel
- Previous experience in processing invoices and purchase orders
- A “can do” attitude and the ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong ability to navigate new software systems and programs
- Excellent computer skills with fast and accurate keyboard skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Demonstrated commitment to Workplace Health and Safety systems and processes.
- Live within the Greater Bunbury Region
- Current C class driver’s licence
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience with ERMS
- Experience in managing project documentation
- Construction Industry White Card
