About the role

Join the fast-paced, dynamic team at CVT Floor Centre as a full-time Sales Representative based in Underwood, Queensland. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and product expertise to customers, helping them find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses.

What you'll be doing

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations
• Demonstrate flooring products and samples, and guide customers through the selection and purchase process
• Assist with order processing, inventory management, and other administrative tasks
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, products, and industry developments
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve departmental and company-wide targets
• Provide excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients

• Proven sales experience in the flooring industry
• Self-motivated and ambitious to achieve individual and team KPI's
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalized experience
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on features and benefits
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate towards shared goals
