Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong network in the industrial, trade, and reseller markets? We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand in these key sectors.

What you’ll be doing:
- Driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies to generate new business and establish long-term relationships with trade, reseller, and industrial partners.
- Building partnerships by identifying key decision-makers, suppliers, and distributors to establish strong, mutually beneficial relationships.
- Expanding market presence using your knowledge and contacts in the industrial, trade, and reseller sectors.
- Providing a client-focused approach, ensuring customers receive the right solutions to help them succeed.
- Meeting sales targets while managing a dynamic and efficient pipeline of opportunities.
Desirable product knowledge:
While full product training will be provided, prior knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage:
- Timber and panel products, including sustainable wood, plywood, MDF, and engineered timber used in construction, manufacturing, and woodworking.
- Decorative laminates and veneers, with a focus on design, application, and technical specifications.
- Building and construction materials such as framing, flooring, and wall systems used in the construction industry.
- Custom solutions tailored to meet specific needs in the industrial and trade sectors.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the industrial, trade, or reseller sectors.
- Strong product knowledge in industrial timber, panel products, and building materials is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities, drive sales, and build lasting partnerships.
- A self-starter with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
What’s on offer:
- $90K - $120K base salary
- Additional superannuation
