This is your opportunity to join a Global Insurance company with a great team culture and state of the art facilities!

As a Claims Consultant, your main responsibility will be to manage motor and property claims from start to finish. You will engage with customers through high-volume phone calls and help them navigate through their claims process. This role requires a high level of empathy and the ability to handle stressful situations, ensuring that customers receive support when they need it most.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage motor and property processes end-to-end
  • Provide a high level of customer service for claims involving major losses such as homes, fires, floods
  • Provide clear communication to address and resolve complex claims issues
  • Review and decide on claims, following company policy and procedure
  • Maintain a composed demeanor when managing high-pressure situations
  • Resolve conflicts and objections with empathy


What We're Looking for in You

  • Experience in a financial services, call centre, or customer service environment
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent work ethic and a team player
  • You care deeply about providing excellent service and making a real difference in customers' experiences
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Positive and resilient, focused on delivering the best possible results

Start date: Mon 31st March - recruting asap.

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm

WFH: This roles is 5 days a week in the office in the city.
