Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries via inbound calls.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.
- Provide outstanding service to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Guide customers to additional support when needed.
- Utilize various systems to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Comply with regulatory security standards.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Comfortable using computer systems in a fast-paced environment.
