We are currently seeking a VET Trainer Assessor Lecturer to commence work as soon as possible with the below details:

1. Casual employment
2. Commencing employment as soon as possible
3. Underground parking bay provided.
4. Roster will generally be on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and where required, Fridays.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compliant VET Trainer and Assessor for the Business Faculty to teach in our business courses. This role will involve you taking the lead within the business faculty and reporting directly to the academic manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to fully adhere and comply with all regulatory standards mandated by the Australian government (ASQA) to Registered Training Organisations.

The ideal candidate will meet the below criteria:

• Must have working rights in Australia
• Must hold a current Working with Children Check (WWC card).
• Must hold a police clearance within the last 12 months.
• Must be able to lead the Business Faculty at KIC and have previous relevant experience.
• Must possess excellent English communication skills, may it be written or verbal communication.
• Must be punctual, reliable and tech savvy.
• Must be able to work under pressure where applicable.
• Must possess high level of integrity and transparency
• Must possess strong teamwork skills and leadership ability.
• Must be able to follow procedures and policies to manage cohort.
• Must have the vocational competence.
• Must have current industry skills.
• Must have current knowledge and skills in VET that informs assessment.
• Must have maintained currency through professional development.
• Must be able to design and develop academic resources.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be trained as an assessor (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Must hold an MBA or equivalent
• Must hold BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning).
• Excellent problem-solving and team-building skills.
• High level of integrity, transparency, and professionalism.
