About the Company
Located in Underdale, SA, Butterfields Services is a well-established, SA owned and operated business with over 40 years of success. The company has grown into a major mechanical services contractor providing project solutions for SA construction clients. Today’s company has a workforce of over 90 employees and has refocused on providing excellence in maintenance as well as being a project solutions provider.
About the Role
As the Customer Service / Service Coordination Trainee, you will join a small, cross functional team and will provide general office support across all internal teams. As part of this role, you will also be completing a 12 - 18 Month Traineeship in Certificate 3 in Business.
Duties
- Phone based reception and face to face customer service
- Couriers, stock control, banking and housekeeping activities
- Support facilities management
- Internal and external communication
- Ad hoc administrative support to all internal teams
Skills & Experience
- Any working experience evidencing commitment and ethics
- Excellence in communication
- No less then intermediate MS Word and Excel knowledge
- Ability to work a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am and 5pm
