As part of our business growth, Elite Tyre & Autocare are hiring Managers, Mechanics & Tyre Fitters for positions in our Melton & Bacchus Marsh Stores. Role Descriptions: (All role dependent)

• Responsibilities differ depending on the role but may include:
• Conducting logbook servicing and maintenance on both petrol and diesel vehicles
• Specialising in all car services
• Diagnosing and identifying parts and issues to provide precise solutions.
• Fitting and repairing tyres and performing wheel alignments.
• Collaborating efficiently with team members in the workshop.
• Keeping a clean and organised work area after each job.
• Quote customers on tyres and mechanical services
• Close sales and deliver excellent customer service
• Handle customer concerns and issues

Requirements:

• Qualifications vary according to the role but may include:
• Experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work without supervision.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Valid Australian driver's license.
• Commitment to strict safety protocols.
