Hiring straight away - senior tyre fitter position at Tyrepower Bathurst.

• We are looking for someone to join our team as soon as possible to assist us with our continued growth in our venture as Tyrepower Bathurst.
• We have been part of the Tyrepower network since October 2024 - prior to that, we have over 18 years of experience in the tyre and mechanical industry.
• We are looking for experienced fitters - must have prior job experience, with a preference for candidates with suitable education such as Certificate II in Underbody.

What you must have:

• Full Australian working rights - no ability to sponsor overseas workers.
• An Australian driver’s licence - applicants without a licence or with a suspended licence will not be successful.
• Ability to perform physical tasks - tyres can weigh over 20 kgs each - you must be able to physically sustain this work continuously throughout the day.
• Decent literacy and numeracy skills are required to select and sort products as needed, and to further your education through your time with us.
• Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster for Saturday shifts.

Role Responsibilities:

• Fit tyres to customer vehicles.
• Provide feedback on tyre wear and pressures in written and verbal form to management.
• Perform repairs on tyres.
• Routine cleaning and maintenance of the workshop area.
• Working independently and as part of a larger team to ensure our timelines are maintained and met.
