We are seeking a true all-rounder, someone with demonstrated drive, initiative, positive can-do attitude and experience in both customer service and warehouse environments. Someone who won’t hesitate to go above and beyond to serve the Concept2 community/customer.

This is a permanent position located in our Burleigh Heads office.

What you’ll do

Your time will be split between customer service and warehouse duties. As part of the Customer Service team you will take & process orders, answer customer queries, provide product information via phone, email & in person and monitor and help maintain the integrity of the 3PL process. The warehousing element of the role will see you process inbound & outbound spare parts deliveries, maintain effective and safe day to day running of the warehouse, and manage inventory and planning for spare parts stock ordering.

Most of all, you will be a team player who thrives as part of a small, tight knit group. Your personality will add to Concept2’s relaxed, but professional environment and you will have the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

• The ability to organise and take ownership of the warehouse with a focus on clean working practices to ensure compliance with WH&S standards.
• Sound inventory management, planning and ordering skills.
• Previous experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office software.
• A current driver’s license and current and future eligibility to work in Australia.
• An understanding of safe forklift practices will be highly regarded.
• Rowing, sports or fitness background will be highly regarded.
