• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Formulate, review, and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Implement robust monitoring and reporting systems for compliance metrics.
• Ensure effective incident reporting and resolution of compliance violations.
• Develop and oversee compliance training programs to enhance employee awareness.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Lead investigations into potential compliance breaches.
• Review and approve marketing materials, including financial promotions and client communications.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in compliance leadership within Global Markets Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards related to CFDs, Forex, and Commodities.
• Detailed understanding of financial regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Experience conducting compliance risk assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
