ARE YOU THE PERFECT FIT? You're not just a skilled mechanic – you're a natural leader who knows how to inspire a team of talented Technicians. We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a Qualified Automotive Technician with at least 3 years of experience.
• Has proven team management experience.
• Has held previous roles such as Assistant Manager, Workshop Controller/Foreman, or 2iC (essential).
• Is a self-starter with a passion for developing others and driving success.
• Is customer-focused, reliable, and adaptable – ready to get hands-on when needed.
• Has a solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
• Holds full Australian working rights and a WA Manual Driver’s Licence (essential).
• Is available to work Monday to Friday, with alternating Saturdays.

YOUR DAILY MISSION:

• Lead by example: Provide hands-on support and guidance to the team.
• Be the go-to person for customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service.
• Clearly and confidently explain vehicle issues and solutions to customers.
• Delegate and schedule tasks to ensure the workshop runs efficiently.
• Coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.
• Manage the workshop on alternating Saturdays, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
