What you’ll Do:

• Lead and inspire a skilled team of Technicians to deliver exceptional results
• Be the bridge between customers and the workshop, providing expert advice and service
• Manage scheduling, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations
• Handle office operations on alternating Saturdays
• Coach, develop, and support your team to thrive

What you bring to the role:

• At least 3 years’ experience as a qualified Automotive Technician
• Leadership experience in roles like Workshop Controller, Assistant Manager, or Foreman
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A knack for organisation, problem-solving and motivating a team
• Full Australian working rights and a WA Manual Driver’s License
• Availability Monday–Friday and rotational Saturdays
