About the opportunity
As our Regional Exam Support and Workshop Deliver Officer, you’ll coordinate exam preparation and workshop delivery regionally. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader and working closely with the Regional Director of Training collaborating closely with GP medical educators and regional teams, to manage logistical aspects of workshops like venue booking, event material preparation, and registrar participation to ensure high-quality program delivery.

As a Regional Exam Support and Workshop Delivery Officer, you'll:

  • coordinate regional exam preparation activities, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing logistics for workshops.
  • collaborate with Medical Educators to develop and maintain pre-workshop information and online learning materials.
  • manage event invitations, registrations, and maintain accurate attendance records and event documentation.
  • provide on-site support for workshops and events, overseeing setup, attendee needs, and post-event closeout.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in event management and coordination
  • Excellent communication skills to support calm and clear interactions
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools for planning
