About the role

PBBS Building PTY LTD is seeking a talented Second Fix Carpenter to join our dynamic team in Denmark, Western Australia. As a Second Fix Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in the completion of high-quality residential and commercial construction projects. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and respected building company, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What you'll be doing

• Install interior and exterior trims, mouldings, and finishing touches to buildings
• Fit and hang doors, including installing door hardware
• Construct and install cabinetry, shelving, and other built-in furniture
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and client specifications
• Collaborate with the construction team to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Second Fix Carpenter in the Carpentry & Cabinet Making industry
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
• Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
