Our clients are a highly successful and rapidly expanding company located close to Fremantle and southern suburbs.

The business is growing and picking up larger contracts so the Directors are now searching for an experienced Management Accountant to join their team to enable the company to be more sophisticated with tendering and project accounting, General management accounting, Reporting directly into the CFO.

This vacancy is a newly created role.

Some of the tasks would include but not limited:

• Improve financial reporting and labour tracking
• Prepare reports to stakeholders on how the business is tracking
• Provide support to the current accounts department
• Cost control
• Ensure work is appropriately charged
• Automate manual accounting processes and pick up efficiencies
• Manage cashflow and budgeting
• Cover Payroll duties when required
• General management accounting duties

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team and solutions focused
• Qualified Management Accountant
• Have 3 or more years experience
• Willing to grow with a successful and rapidly growing company
• Australian Citizen or Resident visa holder
• Experienced with XERO software
