About the business:

LVLY is a flower and gift delivery business created to celebrate life's great days, rough days and everything in between. We provide a same day delivery service currently across Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth, plus next-day delivery across the rest of Australia.

About you:

You’re passionate about all things floral. You’ve got a creative eye with a keen attention to detail. You take pride in your work, no matter the size of the task… you get things done, and you love a good hustle. You’re an early riser, ready to do whatever it takes to transform wholesale flowers into beautiful posies from start to finish. You’re looking to work in an environment where you take charge of making the blooms something you’d be proud to gift to your best friend.

Qualifications/experience:

• You have your Certificate in Floristry OR
• You have previous experience working at a florist or similar
• Experience leading a small team

Responsibilities:

• Creating beautiful arrangements daily in line with our LVLY aesthetic and standards
• Lead and train a small team of florists
• Working alongside our Adelaide Warehouse Coordinator to ensure the timely production of posies to fulfil all daily orders
• Responsible for weekly buying of flower stock and stock rotation
• Maintaining a clean and organised floristry area
• Wrapping and packing posies for daily dispatch

Job details, benefits and perks:

• $60,000 per annum (pro-rata) plus super
• Permanent part-time basis (onsite, Beulah park location)
• 3-4 days per week initially (any days Monday - Friday) with the potential to move to full time.
• 7.30am - 3.30pm but can be flexible on hours for the right candidate
