Synaco has partnered with a leading global company specializing in water solutions, including filtration, water treatment, and flow technologies for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Due to high volume of works we are seeking pick packers for their site in Milperra.

Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Pick Packers to join our warehouse team. The role involves picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory.
• Label and prepare products for dispatch and shipment.
• Maintain clean and organized packing stations.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure items meet company standards.
• Assist in loading and unloading stock as needed.
• Follow workplace safety and manual handling procedures.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or pick packing experience (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual handling (lifting to 20 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Day Shift: Mon - Fri, $32.00 an hour, plus overtime + Super
