About the role

Con-x, a leading manufacturer in PVC bends and fittings, is seeking a casual Warehouse Pick-Packer on full time hours to join their team in Brendale, QLD. As a Warehouse Pick-Packer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders in our fast-paced logistics environment.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders using warehouse management tools
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while adhering to strict quality standards
• Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to ensure the smooth operation of all warehouse activities
• Assist with the receiving, put-away and inventory management of stock
• Loading completed orders onto trucks and Utes
• Contribute to a safe and organised work environment by following all health and safety procedures

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a strong understanding of pick-packing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
• Forklift LF license
