- Remuneration: $94,099 to $106,134 pa (HEW5) (inclusive of $79,514 to $89,685 salary pa, 17% superannuation and 17.5% recreation leave loading)
- Location: Kelvin Grove (hybrid option available)

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Administration Officer to join Office of the Executive Dean, Faculty of Health.
The Administration Officer works in the Office of the Executive Dean in the Faculty of Health. The role is responsible for providing a range of administrative activities within the office and delivering high quality administrative support to the Deputy Dean. The Administration Officer also works closely with the Executive Assistant to complete activities to support the daily operations of the Executive Dean’s Office.

What you need to succeed
- Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of an associate diploma in conjunction with relevant experience.
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to provide professional administrative support with proven ability to collaborate and communicate professionally with a range of people at all levels both within QUT and external to QUT.
- Demonstrated digital literacy skills including the ability to effectively work with the Microsoft suite of products as well as corporate systems and other information sources to extract and interpret data, along with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated general organisational skills including the ability to use initiative to identify and solve problems, manage priorities and workload to meet deadlines, and work productively in a small team.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit routine correspondence such as letters, emails and committee documents with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
