Sales & Service Consultant - Warm Leads

Your new role

• Warm and pre-qualified leads - no cold calling
• Conver leads through phone, email, and online chat
• Help customers select the best travel insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships and enhance our brand by delivering exceptional customer experiences

Your skills and experience

• Your attitude is more important - they hire on culture and value career progression
• Ideally you will have at least 1 year's sales experience - open to industry
• Call centre experience is advantageous but not essential
• You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
• You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
