A great full time permanent position working for an award winning ASX Listed Business.

As a phone-based Sales Consultant you will connect with leads to qualify and understand their needs with the view to convert, from quote to completion and delivery of Novated Leasing products.

You are a motivated team player with the ability to drive and manage your own sales pipeline, with the ability to work autonomously but also collaborate and support others in a team environment.
Strong customer service skills required along with rapport building, selling and influencing skills.

Your key responsibilities may include:

• Connect with pre-qualified leads to discuss the products / services available to them
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the process
• Effectively manage your sales pipeline through the CRM system
• Identifying potential cross sell or upsell opportunities
• Meeting targets set for each KPI on an ongoing basis

Ideal Skills and Experience

• 2+ years in a Sales & Service role, working towards KPIs and Sales targets
• Phone based Sales experience preferred
• Experience in Finance, Leasing, Lending, or Motor Vehicle Sales experience desirable (but not essential), we are open to all industry and product backgrounds
• Great 'can-do' attitude is a must.
