We are looking to appoint a Casual Assistant Swim Coach to support the Director of Aquatics (Head Coach) with the continued growth of the Precinct and TLC Swim Club.

In this role you will take a leadership role in the management of our Development and Regional Squad Programs, ensuring that all squad participants can compete at their highest level and fostering strong links and philosophical progression from Learn-to-Swim into School Swimming with established pathways through to Elite Performance Swimming.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates to establish themselves as a qualified Assistant Swim Coach and/or extend their existing swim coach qualifications. As a thriving

Candidates must also be available to work across a range of before and after school hours shifts.

• Monday to Thursday between 3.30pm to 6.30pm (essential)
• Saturday between 6.30am to 9.30am (essential)
• Monday to Friday between 5.30am to 8.00am (considered favourably)
• Engage with and support school swimming programs during core business hours (optional).

As an Assistant Swim Coach, you will:

• Hold a current recognised ‘Development Coach’ qualification or equivalent.
• Hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Coach Developmental and Regional Squad Members, developing and delivering contemporary swimming. programs in consultation with the Director of Aquatics (Head Coach).
