About You
We are looking for a full time Administration Officer who can work autonomously whilst working collaboratively with the Area Managers and other Administration Officers. You will use your knowledge, skills, and experience to assist with a variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to property management, documentation, and office management. You will have the ability to adapt to a fast-paced growth environment.
You are an experienced people-focused Administrator with exceptional organisational skills and high attention to detail, as well as strong stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of the organisation. You will also have:
- Minimum of 12 months’ experience in Administration or similar.
- Qualification in Business Administration is desirable.
- Experience in community services and a knowledge of Departmental requirements is advantageous.
- Experience in Property Management is desirable.
- Creative with solutions while anticipating future needs.
- Continuous improvement focused.
