The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role within a friendly and supportive team, contributing to the success of global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing advice to managers on:
- Performance management - Training and development opportunities - Creating development plans - Employment legislation
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Overseeing salary and performance reviews
- Supporting WHS initiatives
- Change management support
The Person
The ideal candidate will have 2 years+ HR experience and ideally a tertiary education in a relevant field. You will enjoy developing solid relationships with internal stakeholders and possess high level written and verbal communication skills.
A sense of humour and a passion for collaboration will be highly regarded.
