About the role

Safeman' is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Sales / Warehousing professional to join our team in Winnellie, NT. This full-time position will see you playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the efficient operations of our retail store and warehouse.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring excellent customer service
• Restocking and organising shelves and displays to maintain store presentation standards
• Handling cash and processing customer payments accurately
• Assisting with the receipt, storage and distribution of inventory in the warehouse
• Supporting the broader retail and warehousing operations as required
• Deliveries

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent organisational abilities and an eye for detail
• Familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to the overall success of the store
• Ability to lift and manoeuvre stock items as required
