About the Role
We are seeking a Product Specialist who excels at identifying opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and driving new business growth. In this role, you will be selling innovative engineering and design solutions to a diverse client base, including manufacturing, construction, and product development industries.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively hunting for new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Engaging with engineering and design professionals across industries (manufacturing, construction, architecture, etc.)
- Demonstrating and promoting the value of our CAD solutions to prospects.
- Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing the deal.
- Collaborating with technical teams to deliver customised solutions for clients.
About you
- Engineering background (Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Proven sales experience – ideally in B2B, however anybody with a sales background and qualifications in Engineering will be considered.
- Strong understanding of design processes and engineering workflows.
- Hunter mentality – you’re driven to seek out and close new business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Salary and Benefits
- $100K – 120K base salary.
- Uncapped Commissions
- Additional superannuation.
- $10K Car Allowance
