About the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Manager of commercial Strategy and Enterprises, the Quality and Compliance Coordinator oversees and coordinates compliance across the organisation to ensure adherence to regulations, standards, and laws in key areas, including, but not limited to, child protection, NDIS, aged care, and other relevant fields. This role ensures the organisation meets quality and safety standards and drives continuous improvement in policies, procedures, and operational practices.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implement and monitor compliance frameworks, ensuring adherence to child protection, NDIS, and other regulatory bodies.
- Conducted internal/external audits, maintained accurate documentation, and liaise with regulatory bodies.
- Review policies and procedures, enhance service quality, and action participant feedback.
- Provide staff training on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Work cross-functionally to address compliance gaps and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Support staff and management, lead quality discussions, and compile performance data.
- Assist with new business initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance in expansions.

- Base salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum plus superannuation.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in business administration or compliance with demonstrated ability to develop, implement and review processes.
- Knowledge of or ability to rapidly acquire Child Protection and NDIS legislation knowledge.
- Developed time management and organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
- Valid police check
- Ability to obtain a blue card
- Ability to obtain NDIS clearance
- Ability to obtain LSC2 clearance.
