Scotford Fennessy’s client is looking for a dynamic Senior Administrator with mining industry experience to join their team on a contract basis.

About the role
The Senior Administrator is based in our Perth office, supporting our Sites and Projects all over Western Australia. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the site team, including coordinating mobilisation, flights, accommodation, onboarding and compliance supporting the HSE team as well.

Key activities will include:

• Manage all mobilisation for the Project, including the coordination of flights and accommodation.
• Work in accordance with the company' health and safety standards, promoting safety awareness and managing risks.
• Facilitate the collection, compilation and distribution of project reports and maintain current site records.
• Maintaining INX Inflight data accuracy.
• Prepare for, support and coordinate meetings, including setup of meeting rooms and technology, minute-taking and agenda preparation.

About You

• Prior experience in a similar role and industry.
• Experience using software such as INX, SAP and Success Factors is desirable.
• Must be MS Office intermediated.
• Great attention to detail
