ABOUT THE ROLE
The Logistics Administrator will manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are ready for site work. Key responsibilities include booking flights, coordinating medical appointments, and managing paperwork. The role involves a high degree of problem-solving and requires someone who can work independently while staying organised in a fast-paced environment.
DUTIES
* Coordinate and book flights for employees
* Schedule medical appointments and ensure pre-employment requirements
* Manage the onboarding process to ensure site-readiness
* Prioritise tasks and manage a high-volume workload
* Resolve logistical challenges and provide timely solutions
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
* Experience in logistics or administration, ideally in mining or construction
* Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
* Confident communication skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations
* Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
