We are currently looking for a Sales Associate to join our Melbourne Metro North Team with a talent in starting conversations, developing relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and Manage Sales Leads and Provide Exclusive Sales to L.V.D GROUP
• Build rapport and Network with Land Developers, Property Developers and Local Agents
• Assist Customers with Curating their Home Design
• Maintain Allocated Display Homes & Suites in a Professional State
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations of Allocated Display Homes & Suites Including Opening & Closing

Your Qualities:

• Experience in a Similar Role Preferred
• Willingness to Learn and Grow with the Company
• Strong People Skills
• Passionate About the Sales and Customer Service
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills with the Ability to Negotiate
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Current Drivers License as Travel Will Be Required
• Australian Citizen or Valid Right to Work
