Your new role

Our Hays Sydney CBD office is seeking a CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing immediately.

As the CRM Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through the engagement and retention of B2B and B2C customers at every stage of their lifecycle. This role involves the design of automated customer journeys and implementation of these using CRM tools, as well as the reporting and optimisation of journeys, leveraging data and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of strategic B2B and B2C CRM strategies with the objective of driving customer acquisition, engagement, retention and growth.
  • The end-to-end implementation of B2B and B2C CRM strategies using marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Leverage customer data to improve personalisation and messaging for target customer segments.
  • Refine and optimise CRM strategies based on performance with a focus on delivering business objectives as well as an optimal customer experience.
  • Utilise data-driven insights, analyse customer insights, trends and behaviours to continuously refine CRM strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, operational processes and how CRM strategies can support the customer experience.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • o Journey builds and automations
  • o Data segmentation and SQL
  • o HTML and an understanding of the principles of responsive design
  • o AMPscript
  • o CSS
  • Leadership experience in CRM management, customer lifecycle optimisation, and data driven engagement strategies for B2B and B2C customers, ideally in medium to large complex businesses.
  • Skills in strategic planning and project management, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies that drive results.
  • Relevant technical skills working with CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) including:
  • Experience with Tealium or a similar customer data platform is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PowerBI).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
