The role will have you be the first responder assisting homeowners whose properties have been damaged. Some of the daily duties include:

• Attend to affected properties & commence the mitigation process which may include extraction, removal of affected materials, cleaning, pack out, sanitisation, and installation of equipment,
• Attend to administration tasks such as worksheets, job notes & portal updates,
• Liaise with admin team members & external clients, and
• Frequent driving.

To be successful in the role your skill-set compromises of:

• Professional disposition with a can do attitude, strong work ethic, and empathetic nature,
• Safety first approach,
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral,
• Problem solving skills are important as is your adaptability,
• Be able to work both autonomously and part of a team, and
• Being physically fit – this role requires manual duties to be undertaken in-line with WHS standards.

To secure an interview you will have:

2. Full clean Drivers Licence and Construction Induction Card,
3. Have a Working with Children Check and Police check or willing to obtain one, and
4. IICRC Accreditation (is a bonus)
