About the Role

We’re looking for a strong and reliable team player to join our crew as a delivery, installation and service technician. This role involves delivering, and installing massage chairs in customer homes and businesses. You’ll also learn basic troubleshooting and maintenance, with full training provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Delivering & Installing premium massage chairs and high-end products
✅ Lifting & Maneuvering heavy items (with another team member), including upstairs deliveries
✅ Providing Exceptional Service—ensuring a smooth and professional experience for customers
✅ Basic Troubleshooting & Repairs (training provided)
✅ Keeping Things Organised—handling paperwork, scheduling, and inventory as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit—comfortable lifting and moving heavy items with a teammate
• Customer-focused—friendly, professional, and great with people
• Well-presented and reliable
• Problem solver—able to think on your feet if issues arise
• Technical ability
• Driver’s licence required
• Previous experience in a delivery or servicing role is a plus
