We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy and consciencious in-house bookeeper (in MYOB) for our small real estate and property management business on Kawana Island. Hours and days are flexible and would suit someone who is semi-retired or someone with school-age children who is available between 15 and 20 hours per week.
While experience in a real estate environment would be advantageous it is not a requirement.
The succesasful applicantg will be experienced in:
- Account payable and receivable
- Payroll and superannuation
- BAS preparation and lodgement
- End of month invoicing, petty cash, bank and credit card reconciliation
- Filing and general administrative duties
- Good customer service / attitude when dealing with clients, contractors and members of the public
