Café Supervisor – Greg’s Espresso Bar (Hunter Valley)

Are you a skilled barista with a passion for great coffee, top-notch customer service, and leading a team? Greg’s Espresso Bar is on the lookout for a Café Supervisor to help us keep things running smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.

What’s the role?

We need someone who can:

Oversee the day-to-day running of shifts, ensuring service runs efficiently

Lead by example, providing friendly and professional customer service
Manage and order stock to keep things well-supplied and running seamlessly
Support and train staff to maintain our high standards of coffee and hospitality

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Barista experience – you know your way around an espresso machine
🔹 A passion for coffee and customer service
🔹 Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach
🔹 Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
🔹 Availability for around 30 hours per week
