About the role

Join the team at Mukti Organics', a leading provider of natural skincare and wellness products, as a Senior Beauty Therapist & Customer Care Representative. This is a casual role based in our Mullumbimby, NSW location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing tailored beauty treatments to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing and tanning
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations to understand client needs and recommend the best products and services
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in the treatment rooms
• Process client payments and bookings in a professional manner
• Assist with retail sales and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques
• Help maintain inventory and restock supplies as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist
• Extensive knowledge of natural and skincare ingredients, wholistic treatments and techniques
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience
• Excellent time management and organisational abilities
• A passion for natural and organic beauty products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
