About the Role:

Bronzed Theory has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist and 2IC to join our dedicated team in Hawthorn Victoria. This full-time role will involve you assisting in managing a successful and growing salon, providing excellent customer service and delivering high quality beauty treatments to our clients.

As a Senior Beauty Therapist and 2IC you will:
- Deliver high quality beauty treatments including nail services (specialising in BIAB manicures), waxing, lash and brow services and spray tans.
- Supervise and mentor beauty therapists, assisting in staff development and maintaining service standards.
- Work closely with owner Alice to develop and implement new systems, guidelines and processes that improve salon operations.
- Oversee daily operations.
- Maintain inventory and supplies.
- Contribute to business development efforts.

What we're looking for

We have a permanent position available for an experienced Beauty Therapist.
The key qualities we seek are passion, motivation, reliability.
- A certificate/diploma in Beauty Therapy is essential
- Full Australian working rights
- 2 or more years experience working as a Beauty Therapist
- Strong skills in manicures and pedicures
- Outstanding customer service
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanour
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry
