Talent International are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Director to work for one of our clients in Sydney CBD. We are looking for a strategic finance leader with a passion for driving business growth and profitability. This is a permanent position and is paying a salary of $250K plus super. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide financial leadership, ensure fiscal discipline, and drive strategic initiatives that support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Budgeting: Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.
• Business Strategy: Provide financial insights, investment proposals, and commercial analysis.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to financial policies, audits, and regulations.
• Reporting & Treasury: Manage financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash flow.
• Logistics & Inventory: Oversee stock control, supply chain efficiency, and ATT accreditation.
• Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Budget accuracy and variance management
• ROI on investment proposals
• Compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
• Efficiency in financial reporting and audit adherence
• Cost reduction and supplier negotiation success
• Employee satisfaction and skill enhancement within the finance team

Essential Requirements:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Australian qualifications highly regarded).
• 10-15 years of experience, with significant exposure to finance leadership roles in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and partnership mindset.
