What you’ll be doing in this role?
The Dental Prosthetist Digital Transformation Lead will join a multi-disciplinary team of dental professionals to drive the transition from analog to digital denture workflows, train and mentor teams, and integrate cutting-edge CAD/CAM technology across multiple sites. This dynamic role blends innovation, leadership, and hands-on training, ensuring seamless technology adoption and service excellence in digital prosthetics.
You will work in a mix of location across LCHS metro and rural sites.
Your work will include:
- Oversee the full transition from traditional to digital denture workflows, ensuring seamless implementation across multiple sites.
- Develop structured training programs, upskill teams, and foster a culture of continuous learning in digital prosthetics.
- Streamline digital workflows, integrate new technologies, and identify automation opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Uphold industry standards while maintaining data integrity and precision in digital denture production.
- Travel between locations to offer hands-on coaching, troubleshoot challenges, and drive excellence in digital prosthetic services.
What we’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in Dental Prosthetics (or equivalent)
- AHPRA Eegistration
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
- A current Working with Children Check (Employee)
- Able to travel across site
- Qualification in Training and Assessment is a plus.
