About You

As a Dental Assistant with implant surgery experience, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting our dentists during implant procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. You’ll also help ensure that the clinic operates efficiently while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for our patients.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in various procedures, including Implants and AO4: Support the dentist during procedures, preparing materials, instruments, and the treatment area.
• Sterilize & Maintain Equipment: Prepare and sterilize instruments, ensuring strict infection control protocols are followed.
• Patient Care: Provide excellent patient care, making patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatments.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the dental team to ensure a seamless workflow and the highest quality care.
• Help streamline processes: Help create processes to ensure a smooth daily workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Implant Surgery Experience Preferred: Experience assisting with dental implant procedures, particularly All on 4 surgeries, is a strong advantage.
• Dental Assistant Certification: Valid certification and/or equivalent experience as a dental assistant.
• Patient-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping patients.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
