About the Role.
As a key member of the Family Law team, you will provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of family law, including:

• Complex property settlements, including high-net-worth and multi-jurisdictional matters
• Parenting disputes and child-related matters, including Hague Convention cases
• Binding Financial Agreements and spousal maintenance applications
• Mediation, negotiation, and court advocacy at all levels
• Collaborative law and alternative dispute resolution strategies
• Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers to support team development

About You.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• 3 to 8+ years of post-admission experience in family law, with a proven ability to manage complex matters. Candidates looking to transition into family law with a demonstrated interest the practice area will also be considered.
• A client-focused approach, with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes
• Technical expertise in financial settlements, parenting disputes, and dispute resolution
• Exceptional advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
• The ability to work independently while also collaborating within a dynamic team
