These roles are perfect for those with a passion for tools, trades, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be working closely with the Store Manager to guide and support a high-performing team, helping to foster a culture of growth, development, and achievement. The role is ideal for someone with experience in retail leadership who believes in the power of coaching and developing their team to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the team to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for success.
• Ensure the well-being of all team members, customers, and contractors, maintaining a safe and compliant store environment.
• Deliver exceptional service by assisting customers, identifying needs, and offering the right solutions.
• Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs, fostering a productive and high-performing store culture.
• Apply your creativity to ensure products are displayed effectively, attracting and engaging customers.
