Are you experienced in government record-keeping and passionate about maintaining high standards in records management? The Department for Energy and Mining (DEM) is looking for a skilled Records Administrator to oversee the operational management of our records systems and provide expert advice to support records management decision-making across the agency.
In this role, you'll ensure compliance with SA Government policies and standards, working closely with teams to promote best practices in records management. Your ability to provide timely, high-quality support will be key in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring our records are well-managed, accessible, and secure.

Key Selection Criteria:
Please only address the dot points listed below in your application
- Significant experience in the operation of computer-based records management, information management systems, applications and processes, including archiving processes.
- Experience in configuration and administration of an EDRMS.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, with the ability to explain technical information accurately and clearly to non-technical people.
- Proven written ability to develop clear and succinct policies, procedures and instructions.
Qualifications:
Desirable: Information and Records Management qualifications
Remuneration:
ASO4 salary range $76,561 - $80,256 per annum + superannuation
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week
