About The Opportunity
As a Team Administrator / Document Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising advanced MS Word skills to format new and existing documents according to the Style Guide.
- Proofreading and editing documents for grammar, structure, clarity, and consistency.
- Converting documents to PDFs with bookmarks, including tables, figures, and appendices.
- Collaborating with Project Managers to understand deliverable requirements, including deadlines and formats.
- Updating and managing information on the team’s OneNote and SharePoint sites.
- Coordinating input for large proposals and training new hires on internal administrative processes.
- Setting up SharePoint filing systems for new projects.
- Gathering statistics for client databases and managing information within procurement systems.
- Occasionally reviewing and formatting presentations in MS PowerPoint.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and office maintenance coordination as needed.
- Supporting branding and marketing initiatives, including formatting and proofreading marketing materials.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5-10+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in document formatting and a keen eye for presentation.
- Experience in proofreading documents.
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new software and processes.
You will also have:
- A desire to grow and expand your knowledge, taking on new challenges.
- Prior experience with environmental and remediation projects (preferred but not essential).
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (desirable but not essential).
