LEAD PROJECTS WITH A FOCUS ON PEOPLE AND ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

About You

Do you love to face a challenge, develop solutions using strategic thinking, collaborate with stakeholders and lead a project through the complete lifecycle? This position will control and coordinate significant HR projects in People and Culture, and specifically in Learning, Organisational Development and Engagement.

About the position

  • This is a fixed term full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD for 2 years, with possibility of extension.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $96,462.87 - $102,899.84 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position

  • Hold the desirable qualification(s), training and necessary experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description (attached).
  • Project management and leadership skills, ideally in a HR setting.
  • High level communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Decision making and complex problem solving abilities.
