Over the three-year program you will undertake five specialised rotations, and have opportunities to attend graduate development events, developing wider business and industry knowledge as part of a truly immersive experience. Graduate rotations are available across key areas of our business, including Network Planning, Asset Management, Design, Operations, Commissioning and Project Management.

You will shape your own journey, and be fully supported along the way by a mentor, a holistic graduate program, your managers and team leaders, and other graduates in our businesses.
