With a massive capital sales division, they can offer the complete 360 solution to all customers within Australia. They have over 120 dealers in Australia and also operate oversees.

This is to be based in their Perth Office operation situated in the Northwest and you will work with the Sales Manager in supporting the dealer network.

You’re going to be talking with customers like

• Westrac
• Hitachi
• CJD Volvo
• Komatsu
• Liftrite
• Liebherr
• John deere
• Porter Equipment
• Tutts

Your job is to provide technical support on the equipment, For an example, Westrac will call with a customers wanting to know technical details on a machinery attachment. Your job is to review the System data base an read back the answer or technical answer. You will receive number of calls a day from the dealer network and you need to have the customer service and technical support to deal with these issues. The other part of the role is to create leads for the sales team and cold call customers within Perth WA to find out what equipment they are using for certain projects or systems and try to sell or pick the lead for the rep to visit this customer. Your job is win customers build the brand of the business and increase revenue through your amazing skills on the phone.

Candidate Requirements –

• 3 + Years in Parts Interpreting
• Great Phone skills to provide technical support
• Willingness to move into Technical sales role
• Good mechanical aptitude
• If you have knowledge of Industrial equipment, construction machinery, Earthmoving attachments, Components, Wear Plate or something similar this would be great.

We are looking for someone that is really career driven and has good attitude to learn and build on this opportunity. Eventually move into external sales to which you will be given a car and uncapped commissions structure. And with your 12 – 18 months experience being on the phones talking to customers you will be ready to move into external sales, Fantastic opportunity with a great company.
