Our Client

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Operator/Forklift driver to work the day shift manufacturing a variety of metal roofing materials. This fast-paced role will require you to meet daily targets, maintain a high level of quality and operate in a safe environment.

Duties:
Operating and maintaining machinery on the production line
Ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Monitoring equipment and performing quality checks Troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime
Leading and overseeing complex tasks
Mentoring team members
Meeting production targets

• Load and unload machines with necessary materials
• Separate and monitor purlin/roll forming machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production data and machine performance for reporting purposes.
• Load and unload machines with necessary materials

Skills:

• Previous purlin/roll forming machine operation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Good understanding of safety standards and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
